Job summary

CleanEvent Services Ltd is seeking a Venue Presentation Manager at Chester Racecourse. You will plan, schedule and manage all aspects of the venue while ensuring profitability of the Cleaning and Venue Services contract.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead the venue team through events, including weekend/evening work. Reporting to a Regional Operations Manager, you will develop forecasts, manage budgets, and oversee QA, reporting and compliance, ensuring safe,

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning management or management within hospitality.
• Excellent client and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and staff management experience.
• Understanding of HR, ER, OH&S and EEO issues.
• Proficient IT skills and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability and budgets for the venue.
• Manage venue operations during events and ensure QA/documentation.
• Develop relationships with venue management and clients.
• Lead staff, ensure health, safety and compliance.
• Coordinate operations across the venue and events.
