Job summary

Octopus Energy is expanding its field sales team with a Venues Sales Representative. You will be at the frontline, promoting energy tariffs and low-carbon technologies to local communities, while building genuine connections and helping customers choose options that fit their needs.

You’ll deliver outstanding service, create positive experiences for each new customer, and travel across venues to engage with a diverse range of people. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is welcome but not required; training will be provided.
• Confident listener with genuine interest in connecting with others.
• Positive, approachable and confident communication style.
• Experience in a customer-centric setting with quick, effective solutions.
• Willing to approach customers and maximise interactions.
• Love helping customers and delivering a little joy.
• Detail-oriented and ensures accuracy in tasks.
• Honest, committed brand representative.
• Willingness to travel to venues across locations with a driving licence.
