Job summary

Octopus Energy is expanding its field sales team with a Venues Sales Representative to engage directly with customers at venues across the region. You will promote energy tariffs and low-carbon technologies like solar panels, heat pumps, and EVs, building genuine connections as you explain options and benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Enjoy talking to people, building relationships and helping customers.
• Positive, approachable communication style.
• Experience in a customer-centric setting with quick, effective solutions.
• Driving license required to travel to venues across locations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face-to-face to promote tariffs and low-carbon technologies (solar, heat pumps, EVs).
• Introduce Octopus Energy to local communities and compare services with competitors to help informed switching decisions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming, positive experience for every new customer.
