Responsibilities
  • Produce thematic research to identify relevant impact investment themes
  • Regularly produce research reports and presentations on investment opportunities
  • Screen and evaluate investment opportunities against established investment thesis
  • Research sectors in which potential targets operate
  • Lead due diligence processes with a dedicated investment team
  • Prepare investment memos
  • Present investment opportunities to management, board, and investment committees
  • Assist with deal execution
  • Monitor existing portfolio companies
Hard Skills required
  • Financial analysis and modeling, including experience with equity transactions and assessing financial viability, risk, and return profiles
  • Developing impact frameworks and methodologies for social and environmental impact assessment
  • Portfolio management skills, including performance monitoring and risk assessment
