Venture Capital Partner / Legal Director - Cambridge or London with hybrid working

Client

A leading firm with a proven track record of supporting employee growth and practice development. We have worked with this firm on previous hires, including partners and senior solicitors from magic and silver circle firms, who choose our client for their ambitious yet supportive culture.

Role

1. Further develop existing VC work and shape the growth of the VC team.
2. The firm has a strong corporate presence that supports PE & VC work. Their large Commercial Technology team works with founders/CEOs of start-up tech and pharma companies, as well as other sectors.
3. Collaborate closely with these teams to build VC work, with opportunities to influence and establish relationships with investors and business owners.
4. Build and develop a team, with input into strategy.
5. The firm is committed to growing the VC team and plans to recruit at mid and junior levels to support the lead Partner.
