Venture Capital Partner / Legal Director - Cambridge or London with hybrid working

Client

A leading firm with a proven track record of supporting employee growth and practice development. We have previously worked with this firm on hires, including partners and senior solicitors from magic and silver circle firms, attracted by their ambitious yet supportive culture.

Role

• Further develop existing VC work and shape the growth of the VC team.
• The firm has a strong corporate presence that supports PE & VC work. It also boasts a large Commercial Technology team working with founders/CEOs of start-up tech and pharma companies, as well as other sectors.
• Collaborate closely with these teams to expand VC work, influence the development, and build relationships with investors and business owners.
• Opportunity to build and develop a team and contribute to strategic planning.
• The firm is committed to growing the VC team and aims to recruit at mid and junior levels to support the lead Partner.
