Job Description
The Ductwork Project Manager will report to the Head of Projects and the Company Managing Director. The main purpose of the job is to manage projects from order through to completion, overseeing all commercial elements of the ventilation and ductwork department. The role involves working across the southeast region.
Main Duties
- Liaise with estimating staff and provide guidance when required.
- Liaise with all Client Project Managers.
- Manage junior staff, providing guidance, support, and understanding.
- Issue orders to sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Manage project budgets.
- Prepare and agree on contract variations.
- Conduct site visits and surveys.
Other Duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls.
- Respond to emails as required.
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
- Adhere to and promote the company’s policies, systems, and procedures as set out in the company handbook.
