Overview

Position: Ductwork/Ventilation Engineer

Remuneration: £30,000 - £45,000 (Excellent unlimited earning potential)

Essential Skills

• Proven track record in the Ductwork/Ventilation and/or Kitchen Ventilation Industry.

Desirable Skills

• 2-3 years experience, Level 2 NVQ in Heating & Ventilation (Ductwork installation).
• Having FGAS J11, CSCS, C&G/NVQ2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Controls & BMS

Role Details

We are currently recruiting for Ductwork/Ventilation engineers to join our existing team on a permanent basis. The role would be a mix of reactive maintenance and planned works.

The ideal candidate will be time served with 2-3 years experience in installation of new Ductwork/Ventilation systems, reactive maintenance of fans, fault finding, replacing AHU filters, and drive belts.

The candidate would need to be flexible in their working hours with early starts and out-of-hours working Mon-Fri. You will be working on a mobile basis across the M4 corridor and surrounding areas with duties including installations, reactive and planned maintenance of commercial ventilation systems in pubs, restaurants, bars, dental clinics and hotels.

• Proven track record in the Ductwork/Ventilation and Kitchen Ventilation Industry.
• Ability to think on their feet and problem solve.
• Ability to work alone and with a team.
• Understanding of DW144/DW172 installations.
• Level 2 NVQ in Heating & Ventilation (Ductwork installation).
• FGAS J11.
• C&G/NVQ2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Electrical Qualifications, Controls Knowledge Or BMS (advantage but not essential).
• Good communication and customer care skills.
