Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd are offering a hands-on Ventilation Cleaning Supervisor role based in Bristol. You will lead a small team on customer sites, ensuring ventilation and duct cleaning is carried out to the highest standards, with overtime and progression opportunities.

With a compulsory full UK driving license, you will coordinate on-site operations, manage safety compliance and provide on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ventilation/Duct Cleaning is required.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.

Ventilation Cleaning Supervisor - Bristol

£28,000 - £37,000 + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Training + Progression

Bristol (Commutable from: Bath, Keynsham, Portishead, Clevedon, Weston-super-Mare, Yate)

Are you from a Ventilation, Duct Cleaning or Air Hygiene background looking to step into a supervisory position offering excellent overtime opportunities, further training and career progression?

On offer is a hands-on leadership role where you will supervise a small team on customer sites whilst increasing your earnings through overtime and enhanced weekend rates.

This well-established, family-run company have been operating for over 40 years and are recognised specialists within their industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their field-based teams.

You will coordinate work on site, supervise operatives and ensure ventilation and compliance cleaning is completed safely and to the required standard.

This role would suit someone with Ventilation / Duct Cleaning experience looking for increased responsibility, training and long-term progression.

The Role:
