Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Swindon is recruiting for a Ventilation Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small field team on customer sites. You will supervise operatives, ensure ventilation and compliance cleaning is completed safely and to the required standard, and work across varied day and night shifts.

Ventilation Cleaning Supervisor

£28,000 - £37,000 + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Training + Progression

Swindon (Commutable from: Chippenham, Cirencester, Marlborough, Devizes, Royal Wootton Bassett)

Are you from a Ventilation, Duct Cleaning or Air Hygiene background looking to step into a supervisory position offering excellent overtime opportunities, further training and career progression?

On offer is a hands‑on leadership role where you will supervise a small team on customer sites whilst increasing your earnings through overtime and enhanced weekend rates.

This well‑established, family‑run company have been operating for over 40 years and are recognised specialists within their industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their field‑based teams.

You will coordinate work on site, supervise operatives and ensure ventilation and compliance cleaning is completed safely and to the required standard.

This role would suit someone with Ventilation / Duct Cleaning experience looking for increased responsibility, training and long‑term progression.
