Job summary

Swiftclean UK on-site role seeking a Compliance Team Supervisor to coordinate and control workloads in our duct cleaning division. You will assign priorities, ensure adequate manpower, and guide the team to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising operatives, enforcing training, and aligning work with company procedures to maintain high safety and efficiency on site in Bristol.
