Job summary

Swiftclean UK Ltd on site in the West of England seeks a supervisor to control and coordinate the compliance team's workload. You will balance manpower and priorities, supervise duct cleaning operatives to meet standards, and ensure all work follows training and company procedures.

You will work with the Regional Supervisor to support on-the-job training for new operatives and help maintain safety and quality across on-site duties.

Responsibilities

• Control and coordinate the workload of the compliance team on site.
• Ensure sufficient manpower is available to complete the required work.
• Supervise Duct Cleaning Operatives to ensure work is completed to the required standard and specification.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with training, skills, and company procedures.
• Assist on-the-job training for new operatives with the Regional Supervisor.

Job description
