Reporting to the Capital Markets Risk and Resiliency manager, this role within the Capital Markets business supports Operational Resiliency and Third Party Risk programs.

This position interacts closely with the Asset Servicing Operational Resiliency office to ensure adherence to the Corporate Risk Policy and proper management, evidence, and escalation of Third Party risks.

The role involves engaging with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, requiring excellent communication skills and knowledge of the Capital Markets business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform activities to align Operational Resiliency and Third Party Risk programs.
  • Support regulatory and audit engagements related to Operational Resiliency and Third Party Risk, including remediation activities.
  • Analyze critical business services, define scope, assess vulnerabilities, develop remediation plans, and test operational readiness.
  • Assist in reviewing Third-Party Risk events and issues, ensuring root causes are identified and actions are appropriate.
  • Lead or support creation and recertification of Enterprise Critical Vendor exit strategies and tabletop discussions.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, procurement, and business units to ensure vendor engagements meet risk and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in special projects supporting the Capital Markets strategy.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Understanding of operational resiliency, disaster/business recovery, business continuity management, third-party vendors/outsourcing, and risk policies.
  • Strong knowledge of Capital Markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, time management, and planning skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and complete tasks on time.
  • Experience in operational resiliency, third-party risk management, or Capital Markets.
