Role Overview:

Reporting to the Capital Markets Risk and Resiliency Manager, this is a first-line role within the Capital Markets business supporting Operational Resiliency and Third Party Risk programs. The role involves interaction with the Asset Servicing Operational Resiliency office to ensure adherence to corporate risk policies and effective management of third-party risks. The position requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the Capital Markets sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform daily activities to align Operational Resiliency and Third Party Risk programs.
  2. Support regulatory and audit engagements related to these programs, including remediation efforts.
  3. Analyze critical business services, define scope, assess vulnerabilities, and develop action plans to address them, including testing scenarios.
  4. Assist in reviewing third-party risk events and issues, ensuring root causes are identified and remediation actions are effective.
  5. Lead or support initiatives like Enterprise Critical Vendor exit strategies and tabletop exercises.
  6. Collaborate with legal, compliance, procurement, and business units to ensure vendor engagements meet risk frameworks and regulatory standards.
  7. Participate in special projects to support the implementation of the Capital Markets strategy.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of operational resiliency, disaster recovery, business continuity, third-party vendor management, and risk policies.
  • Strong knowledge of Capital Markets is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven track record of delivering on commitments.
  • Experience in operational resiliency, third-party risk management, or Capital Markets.
