BMW Group UK is offering a Vendor Management placement year at Farnborough (July 2027). The role involves supporting vendor activities, maintaining contract and risk systems, and providing key management information across BMW Financial Services and supplier networks.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders and gain in-depth exposure to corporate procurement processes, with strong learning and development opportunities throughout the placement.

Qualifikationen

• Must be returning to studies for at least 6 months after placement.
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and business areas.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a corporate environment.

Aufgaben

• Support and coordinate vendor management activities for BMW Financial Services and suppliers.
• Maintain contract management system, supplier risk portal, and KPI systems.
• Help develop and provide Management Information for the Sourcing Department.
• Liaise with internal departments and external organisations with existing supplier relationships.
