Job summary

Baxterstorey is seeking a reliable Vending Assistant to support our vending operation and help keep everything running smoothly. You will be responsible for replenishing machines, monitoring stock and presentation, and ensuring products are labelled and in date.

Responsibilities include storing food safely, completing checks, and collaborating with managers to maintain high standards. Training and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is required.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and follow food-safety standards.
• Experience in service/stock support is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Replenish vending machines and service points.
• Monitor stock levels and presentation.
• Ensure correct labeling and in-date products.
• Store food safely and maintain storage checks.
• Support smooth service with managers and teams.

Job Description What you’ll be doing

• FULL DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED - Help keep service stocked, smooth and customer-ready
• Replenishing vending machines and service points
• Monitoring stock levels and presentation
• Storing food and products correctly and safely
• Completing due diligence and storage checks
• Ensuring products are labelled correctly and in date
• Working with managers and other teams to support smooth service
• Attending training where required
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Reliability and a proactive attitude
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with stock control and record keeping
• Commitment to food safety and standards
• Previous service support experience is helpful
