Job summary

Culina is hiring a Vehicle Valeter at our site in Barnsley, United Kingdom. You will clean, prepare and maintain vehicles to a high standard for customers, sales and workshop handover, handling interiors and exteriors, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

The role is full-time and permanent with shifts across Monday to Friday, starting mornings. Previous valeting experience is beneficial, a full UK driving licence may be required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (if required by the role)

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors.
• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, dashboards, and windows.
• Apply appropriate cleaning products and valeting equipment safely and effectively.
• Prepare vehicles for customer collection, sale, delivery, or workshop handover.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any defects or concerns to management.
• Remove stickers, protective coverings, and contaminants from vehicles.
• Replenish consumables and maintain valeting equipment and work areas.
• Move vehicles safely around the site when authorised and licensed to do so.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and attention to detail.
• Follow company health and safety policies and environmental procedures.
• Assist with general yard and workshop housekeeping as required.
