Job summary

Culina Group is recruiting for a full-time Vehicle Valeter in Barnsley. You will clean, interior and exterior, keeping vehicles presented for customers and collections. The role involves applying chemicals, following safety rules, and supporting yard/workshop duties.

Salary is £12.71 per hour. Shift pattern includes Mon-Fri with varied start times. Candidates should have good attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors.
• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, dashboards, and windows.
• Apply appropriate cleaning products and valeting equipment safely and effectively.
• Prepare vehicles for customer collection, sale, delivery, or workshop handover.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any defects or concerns to management.
• Remove stickers, protective coverings, and contaminants from vehicles.
• Replenish consumables and maintain valeting equipment and work areas.
• Move vehicles safely around the site when authorised and licensed to do so.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and attention to detail.
• Follow company health and safety policies and environmental procedures.
• Assist with general yard and workshop housekeeping as required.
