Job description

IT Fleet Automotive are a leading transport, refurbishment and storage company who are recruiting for multiple valeters based at our Loughborough site. LE12 5SH.

We are looking for a full-time time hardworking, flexible, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to add to our existing team of valets. You will be required to take great pride in delivering a consistently high standard of work to our vehicles that come into the site for repair and maintenance. Working with a variety of chemicals, you will wash and vacuum vehicles.

You will be responsible for all quality, finishing, and detailing of all vehicles that arrive on site to the highest standard.

Full training will be provided.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence.

Duties and Requirements:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles
  • Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets and upholstery
  • Wash, wax, and buff vehicle exteriors to restore shine
  • Clean and polish vehicle windows, wheels, and mirrors
  • Apply protective solutions to preserve vehicle appearance
  • Maintain cleanliness of detailing tools and equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
  • Working inside and outside
  • This is a physical role

Experience:

  • Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required
  • Ability to drive vehicles safely on site
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
