Job summary

Allied Vehicles Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a Valeter to join the Operations team. You will clean and prepare vehicles to high standards following repairs, ensuring presentation quality across busy workshop activity.

The role requires a full UK Driving Licence, strong cleaning knowledge, and the ability to work to deadlines. Hours are Mon–Wed 7am–6pm and Thu 7am–5:30pm, with a salary of £13.45 per hour plus a bonus.

Qualifications

• A full UK Driving Licence.
• Knowledge of cleaning and preparation of vehicles.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing vehicles to company quality standards.
• Washing, polishing and valeting vehicle interiors and exterior.
• Reporting vehicle faults or damage to supervisors.
• Using steam-cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Assisting with equipment checks and monitoring chemical usage.
