Job description

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, currently employing 200 driving instructors on the road with hundreds more in training who will soon be hitting the roads.

There is a record number of learner drivers requiring instruction due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19.

Over the past 12 months, our driving instructors have seen their hourly rates increase by an average of £3 due to high demand.

Additionally, over 70% of our instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. There has never been a better time to become a driving instructor.

Anyone can become a driving instructor. Recently, we have recruited people from various industries, including:

• Health industry (care assistant, care manager, care trainer, doctor, nurse)

Full training is provided, conducted as locally as possible.

Minimum requirements to apply as a Driving Instructor:

• Have held a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
• Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence
