Job summary
HIDSONS LTD in Sittingbourne is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician, ideally with a Main Dealer background, to join our busy workshop. You will bring proven skills in diagnosis and repair, quality workmanship and pride in your results. We offer a VWG Training and Career Path (Service/Diagnostic/Master Technician).
Basic salary plus Labour Sales Bonus and uncapped upsell bonus. Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00–16:30 with a 1 hour lunch.
Qualifications
- Experienced vehicle technician with main dealer background.
- Proven track record of quality and efficiency.
- VWG Training and Career Path (Service/Diagnostic/Master Technician) available.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles in a busy workshop.
- Maintain high quality workmanship and efficiency.
- Contribute to upsell opportunities to maximise service income.
