Are you seeking stability and variety in your next role? Join the UK's largest and greenest fleet operator and take on a new challenge in a commercial vehicle workshop environment.

We are hiring an IMI Level 3 qualified mechanic at Coventry Workshop on a permanent basis, with the potential to earn over £70,000 annually including overtime.

Working Hours: Full-time, 39.5 hours per week. Rotating 3-week shift pattern:
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:30, Tuesday - Saturday
Week 2: 13:00 - 21:30, Monday to Friday
Week 3: 06:00 - 14:30, Sunday to Thursday.

Night shifts are also available Monday to Friday, with weekend work on a rotational basis.

About the role:

Join a fleet of over 49,000 vehicles, including electric and traditional fuel vehicles, on a team effort to maintain and upgrade our fleet. You will perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicles and equipment using your personal toolkit and shared workshop tools.

About you:

• Fully qualified mechanic (IMI Level 3 or equivalent), with your own toolkit
• Experience working on a variety of vehicles, such as LCVs and HGVs
• Valid UK manual driving license; HGV license with trailer experience preferred for Heavy vehicle technicians
• High standards of workmanship and pride in your work
• Flexible to shift patterns and team support
