About the Role:Our client is looking to expand their dedicated team inExeterwith a skilled and enthusiasticVan Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving service department within a professional, forward-thinking main dealer environment. You'll be working on a variety of light commercial vehicles, carrying out diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:Perform routine servicing, inspections, and repairs on vans and LCVs.
Conduct fault diagnosis and resolve issues efficiently.
Work to manufacturer standards and ensure all documentation is accurately completed.
Communicate effectively with the service team and ensure top-level customer satisfaction.
Qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician (NVQ or equivalent).
Proven experience working with commercial vehicles (vans, LCVs, etc.).
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
MOT License (preferred but not essential).
A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail.
