Job Role: Vehicle Technician
Location: Henley-on-Thames
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic

Holt Recruitment is recruiting for a Technician to join one of Berkshire's top German VAG Independent Repair Specialists.

This unique vacancy is ideal for someone committed to quality and first-time fixes, offering a work environment far from the pressures of Main Dealerships. It’s a great opportunity to provide authentic service to discerning, car-obsessed customers.

Depending on your expertise, you could earn up to £45,000 flat basic, paid reliably without dealership bonus scheme fluctuations.

• Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekends as a rule.
• Work involves broad engine diagnostics, fault troubleshooting, including performance and tuning work.
• Full training provided, including High Voltage training for modern vehicles.
• All of Christmas off; Mon – Fri only.
• City and Guilds Level 3 qualification preferred (Level 2 considered).
• Must have own tools.
• Full driving license required.
