Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Vehicle Technician Trainer (Entry-Level Training) in Luton to deliver technical vehicle maintenance training to future dealership technicians. The role involves curriculum delivery both virtually and in the workshop, with full training and funded qualification courses provided.

This position targets individuals who are Level 3 Vehicle Technicians looking to move off the tools and become instructors, with hybrid working and a generous salary package

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Technician with hands-on experience.
• Interest in transitioning to training/instruction.
• Ability to deliver training sessions both in person and online.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Technical Vehicle Maintenance Training.
• Completing curriculum both virtually and in person.
• Developing course content, incorporating new technologies.
• Full training on teaching + funded qualification courses.
• Monday to Friday (8:30-5:30PM).
