The role involves servicing, maintenance and repairs across a wide range of vehicles, diagnosing faults with diagnostic equipment and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Good mechanical knowledge across a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment and carrying out effective repairs.
• Completing mechanical, electrical and routine maintenance work to a high standard.
• Conducting vehicle health checks and identifying any additional repair requirements.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer and workshop standards.
• Accurately completing job cards and workshop documentation.
• Working collaboratively with the wider workshop team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient turnaround times.
