Qualifications

Vehicle Technician (NIGHTSHIFT)

Pembrook Resourcing are searching for an experienced Vehicle Technician (Mechanic) to join our client, a well-renowned dealership.

The Role:

You will use your proven experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to service, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring an excellent experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair faults on customer vehicles.
  • Plan and carry out repair and maintenance procedures.
  • Perform routine servicing tasks such as oil changes and tyre rotations.
  • Test the functionality of vehicle systems and parts.
  • Repair and replace components including brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts.
  • Provide clear explanations of work required and completed, ensuring great customer service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
  • Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds Certification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong working knowledge of diagnostic tools and processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and appearance
