Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester. You’ll be pivotal in conducting vehicle health checks, services, and repairs. You'll learn alongside experienced technicians and have access to excellent career progression and training, including manufacturer-accredited schemes. The ideal candidate needs prior experience, a NVQ Level 3 qualification, and a full UK driving license. A MOT license is preferable. Join us to deliver premier customer service!

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a mechanic is required.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Completion of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification needed.
• MOT license is preferable.
• Experience with Mercedes brand advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle health checks using the latest technology.
• Conduct vehicle services as per manufacturers' guidelines.
• Perform additional repairs once authorized by the customer.
• Complete warranty repairs as per manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Take customers' vehicles out on road tests.
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard.
