Group 1 Automotive, Volkswagen Stockport, is seeking an MOT Tester to perform MOT tests and related repairs within a supportive team. You will communicate results to reception and workshop control, maintain quality checks, and keep up-to-date product knowledge while delivering excellent customer service.

Training and development are available as part of a growing automotive group that values work-life balance and employee wellbeing. A valid UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Previous MOT Tester experience
Thorough and meticulous
Efficient and flexible
Ability to work under pressure
Customer and quality awareness
Communication and teamwork skills
Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

Carry out MOT tests and repairs to high standards.
Communicate test results to reception and workshop control.
Ensure quality inspection controls are followed.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
