Job summary

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Current MOT Licence.
• Clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Road test vehicles and diagnose problems as required.
• Carry out inspections, repairs and services and check against standards.
• Complete MOT Tests as per regulations and undertake annual accreditation training.
• Ensure paperwork is accurate and up to date.
• Ensure all jobs are completed within the agreed timeframes while maintaining productivity.
• Work closely with service reception and parts teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Keep work area and protective clothing clean, tidy and safe.

Education
