Job Title: Vehicle Technician

Location: Norwich

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our client, a busy service centre in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll be servicing, repairing, and performing MOTs on all makes and models of cars.

While having an MOT licence is advantageous, it is not essential for the role.

Key Details:

Location: Norwich

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekend work required)

Salary: Competitive basic salary with a bonus scheme, dependent on experience and ability

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform servicing and repairs on all makes and models of vehicles
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by carrying out work safely, economically, and to the highest standards
3. Conduct MOTs (if qualified)
4. Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
5. Provide excellent customer service and clear communication regarding vehicle repairs

What We're Looking For:

1. Must be qualified to Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
2. MOT tester status (desirable but not essential as training can be provided)
3. Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
5. Full UK driving licence
