Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 OTE (Competitive Salary, Uncapped)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MOT and Diagnostic Technician to join a main dealership group in Newbury. In this role, you will perform MOT tests and a variety of workshop services to meet customer needs and maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Class IV MOT tests.
  • Perform routine vehicle servicing and repairs in accordance with brand standards.
  • Diagnose faults in vehicle electrical systems and report findings.
  • Execute welding repairs and air-conditioning servicing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and recommendations.
