Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester

Location: Thurleigh

Shift: Monday-Friday, 07:00-17:00

Pay Rate: GBP16.31 p/h PAYE, GBP18.91 p/h Umbrella

Contract: Long-term, Ongoing work

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician with a Class 4 MOT Licence to join our client's team in Thurleigh. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and conducting MOTs on manufacturer vehicles.

Objectives for Role:

• Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs.
• Understand and follow customer repair standards.
• Diagnose and problem-solve basic mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct MOT tests, perform general mechanical repairs, and service a variety of vehicles.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Qualified to City and Guilds, NVQ, or IMI Level 3.
• Class 4 MOT Licence.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Full category B driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
