Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is seeking two experienced Vehicle Technicians to join a successful main dealership in Leamington Spa. You will service, diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, perform road tests, and complete detailed documentation. The role runs Monday to Friday with no weekend work, requiring an automotive qualification and a full UK driving licence.

Experience with MOT testing is advantageous, and you will work in a well-supported workshop focused on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous vehicle servicing and repair experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• MOT Tester qualification or experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Complete electronic Vehicle Health Checks accurately.
• Carry out road tests and identify additional repair requirements.
• Complete job cards and repair documentation correctly.
• Work efficiently to achieve workshop productivity targets.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and workshop safety.
