This role involves delivering technical training in vehicle maintenance, following curriculum guidelines, and maintaining a secure training environment. You will also contribute to course development by incorporating new technologies and documenting trainee assessments. No prior teaching experience is necessary, as full training and a Level 4 teaching qualification will be provided.

The ideal candidate is a Vehicle Technician or similar looking to advance their career and influence the next generation of engineers.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver training in vehicle maintenance using curriculum and training materials while ensuring safety.
• Develop and update course content, incorporate new technologies, and maintain accurate trainee records.
• Design assessments, examinations, and evaluations, and invigilate exams.
• Complete full training on teaching and course content; Level 4 teaching qualification is fully funded with a pay increase after qualification.
