Job summary

TrustFord in Surrey is seeking a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join our expanding team. You will service, diagnose and repair vehicles to high standards, with opportunities to work on latest Ford models and EV technology.

We provide extensive training including IMI Level 3 EV maintenance within the first year, a competitive benefits package, and a clear career path in a large dealer network as part of Drive Forward approach at TrustFord.

Qualifications

• Full valid driving licence is required.
• Previous automotive technician experience is essential.
• During the first 12 months you will be trained to IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to TrustFord customers.
• Maintain and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Participate in training to keep skills up-to-date with EV technology.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

To deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to all our TrustFord customers.

Have a full valid driving licence, an NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds or equivalent.

Have previous Automotive Technician experience. You'll also have an MOT testing qualification and some main dealership experience.

During your first 12 months of Employment, you will be trained to IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance and repair to ensure your skills remain relevant throughout your career with us.
