Lookers Jaguar Landrover Buckinghamshire are recruiting a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join our workshop. You will perform vehicle health checks and services, and carry out repairs using the latest tools, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

The ideal candidate has a full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with prior experience as a mechanic. We offer 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri 8:30–17:00) and 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30–12:30).

• Must have prior experience as a mechanic.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle health checks and services to high standards.
• Carry out repairs and other maintenance tasks as required.
• Collaborate with other technicians and report to Aftersales Manager.

While working alongside other experienced technicians, you will play a vital role, carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology, conducting vehicle services and carrying out any additional repairs.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a mechanic. You'll be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn, while being able to work to the highest standards. You will require a full UK driving licence and completion of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.

Having previous experience of working with brand would be advantageous, although not essential as full brand accreditation training can be provided.
