Job summary

Jago Consultants has a role for a qualified Technician/Mechanic based in Worcester. You will repair and service motor vehicles to brand standards, diagnose defects, and complete tasks within budgeted time.

You will use company facilities to maximise productivity and ensure work meets retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a main dealership motor trade, holds a full manual driving licence (max 6 points), and MOT qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualified Technician/Mechanic with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a main dealership motor trade.
• Full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• MOT qualification would be an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service motor vehicles to brand standards within budgeted time.
• Examine vehicles and diagnose non-routine defects or faults in workshop or road tests.
• Maintain high technical knowledge for diagnosing and servicing vehicles.
• Utilise the Company’s facilities to maximise productivity on vehicles.
• Fulfill all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
• Ensure all work complies with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines.
• Attend regular training to update technical skills.
