Job summary

Steven Eagell Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join our service team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will service, maintain, and repair vehicles to high Toyota GB standards, delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, reporting defects per MOT/VSR, and working efficiently to deadlines. You will mentor apprentices and complete required specialist training to develop technical skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician.
• Full UK driving licence.
• MOT Tester qualification (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive industry (preferably Toyota/Lexus).

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to Toyota GB technical standards, ensuring high-quality work and customer experience.
• Inspect vehicles and diagnose faults, including non-routine issues.
• Identify and report defects in accordance with MOT and Vehicle Safety Report requirements.
• Complete all work within allocated time, maintaining productivity and efficiency.
• Coach apprentice technicians and attend specialist training to develop skills.
