Job summary
Steven Eagell Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a permanent, full-time Vehicle Technician to service and repair vehicles to Toyota GB standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
The role requires a Level 2 Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician qualification with at least 2 years in the automotive industry; MOT tester qualification is preferred. Comprehensive training and benefits are provided.
Qualifications
- Qualified as a Level 2 Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician
- MOT Tester qualification is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in automotive industry
Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs in line with Toyota GB technical standards
- Inspect vehicles and diagnose faults using technical knowledge
- Identify and report defects in accordance with MOT and VSR requirements
- Complete all work within the allocated time and maintain productivity
- Take responsibility for tools and workshop equipment and report defects
- Follow Toyota and Centre processes and work safely
- Communicate with customers and explain work done in a professional manner
- Support and coach apprentice technicians and attend specialist training
- Work collaboratively as part of the Centre team to deliver outstanding service
