Holt Recruitment Group is seeking a Vehicle Technician for a Prestige Dealership based in Hatfield. Basic up to £38,000 with a bonus and OTE up to £60,000.

This role offers clear progression through manufacturer training, guaranteed bonuses in the first 3 months, and extensive benefits including 33 days leave and a pension plan. Ideal candidates are Level 2/3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance, MOT certified, with dealer or independent garage experience, and a willingness to train in

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (IMI, NVQ, or City & Guilds).
• MOT Tester certificate (Class 4 at minimum preferred).
• Experience in either main dealer or independent garage.
• Confident working on cars or LCVs.
• Hybrid/EV trained – or open to training.
• Have experience working within a car dealership or an independent garage/ car supermarket.
• Experience of working on commercial vehicles/ LCV / cars.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
• As a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic you will carry out all work completely and effectively

Education
