Vehicle Technician (German Prestige Specialist)

Location: Reading, United Kingdom

Salary: £38,000 + yearly bonus

We are recruiting for an independent German Prestige Specialist with an excellent reputation, serving customers who care about their vehicle's performance and output. This role is focused on quality, with no targets or time-based bonuses.

Benefits include:

• Up to £38,000 basic salary with a yearly bonus (last year's bonus was £1350, paid in November)
• Working hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Independently owned workshop with an outstanding reputation for quality
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus all Christmas off (not deducted from holiday count), with negotiable early or late finishes for the right candidate
• Access to a company car if desired

Requirements:

1. Motor Trade qualification to work on any vehicle
2. Driving license
3. Tools to perform repairs
4. At least 3 years of experience (open to discussion)
