We're Hiring! £5,000 Sign-On Bonus – Join Our Team Today as a Vehicle Technician!

We're a leading multi-brand specialist in servicing and accident repair, Allied Vehicles Limited are seeking talented individuals to join our award-winning, dynamic team. If you're passionate about cars and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we're the place for you!

The working pattern is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with an additional 4 hours on a Saturday on a rotational basis (roughly every 1 in 7).

The basic salary starts from £43,758 with a time saved efficiency bonus on top!

We are currently offering a £5,000 sign on bonus for new employees. £2,500 would be payable after month 1 and £2,500 payable after month 12.

The main duties of the role are:

• Perform high-quality maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles, adhering to standard job times.
• Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA guidelines (if certified).
• Specialise in diagnostics, efficiently identifying root causes and carrying out repairs.
• Continuously enhance technical skills by participating in on-site training, attending supplier and manufacturer courses, and reviewing technical bulletins.
• Communicate with customers about any issues with their vehicles, ensuring professionalism and exceptional service at all times.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping and comply with health and safety practices.
• Accurately complete vehicle condition reports and job cards.

The ideal candidate will havestrong technical skills and experienceand will have theability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues.

You will hold alevel 3 SVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
