Job summary

LSH Auto UK Limited is seeking a Vehicle Technician for the Evening shift at our Stockport Preparation Centre. You will service, maintain and repair vehicles, diagnose faults, and work across hybrid and EV tech while keeping accurate records. Training from Mercedes-Benz and BYD will be provided to develop expertise.

We offer a £2,000 welcome bonus plus a guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months. The role is 32.5 hours per week with potential overtime and a salary up to £54,000.

Qualifications

• Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspection and repair.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Identifying additional work required to ensure vehicles meet our preparation standards.
• Working across an increasingly diverse range of vehicle technologies, including hybrid and fully electric vehicles.
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed.
• Taking ownership of the quality of your work and delivering a right-first-time approach.
• Previous Mercedes-Benz, BYD, EV or Hybrid experience would be advantageous, but not essential.

LSH Auto are looking for a Vehicle Technician to join our Evening shift at our Stockport Preparation Centre.

This is more than a traditional technician role. We are looking for people who are passionate about vehicles, take pride in doing things properly and want the opportunity to continue developing their skills as automotive technology evolves.

A major part of the development will be access to Mercedes-Benz and BYD manufacturer-specific training and accreditation. giving you the opportunity to develop your expertise across the latest petrol, diesel, hybrid and fully electric vehicle technologies.

Welcome Bonus:

Earn up to £54,000,plus overtime

Requirements

Working within our Stockport Preparation Centre, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles to the high technical standards expected by LSH Auto and our customers.

• Working closely with colleagues across the Preparation Centre to help vehicles progress efficiently through the preparation process

• Previous Mercedes-Benz, BYD, EV or Hybrid experience would be advantageous, but not essential
