Job summary

The role requires solid mechanical knowledge, experience with hand and power tools, and a valid driving license. ASE certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid mechanical knowledge and automotive repair experience.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy parts regularly.
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Prior experience in a vehicle repair shop or dealership preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license; ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and safety concerns.
• Repair or replace faulty components using hand and power tools efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, tires, and fluids.
• Diagnose complex mechanical problems with diagnostic equipment and manuals.
• Lift heavy parts safely and use proper techniques and equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records for each vehicle serviced.
• Collaborate with team to prioritize repairs and meet deadlines.
