The role offers a competitive base salary starting at £37,000, with potential increases; OTE about £38,000 including overtime. Typical hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with interview flexibility and ongoing training including MOT licensing and diagnostic tooling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or time-served background.
• Strong diagnostic tool knowledge including Autodata.
• Confident with Launch Diagnostic and basic EV servicing (brakes and tyres).
• Willingness to undertake training for MOT licensing if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
• Conduct MOT testing within the garage’s facilities.
• Maintain high first-time fix rates and uphold the garage’s reputation.
• Repair mechanical components such as clutches, cambelts and brakes.
• Support limited EV service work (brakes and tyres).
• Deliver efficient, accurate work and high customer service levels.
• Collaborate with the team to support business growth through technical proficiency.
