Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for experienced Vehicle Technicians in Luton, Bedfordshire. Roles involve servicing, diagnosing and repairing a range of vehicles in a modern workshop with a clear progression path to Master Technician.

Benefits include manufacturer training, a comprehensive bonus structure with OTE up to £65,000, and a supportive team environment. Full-time, permanent role with standard daytime hours and occasional shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Qualified with Level 2/3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or time-served equivalent.
• Experience in servicing, maintenance and repairs of a wide range of vehicles is essential.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding using manufacturer diagnostic equipment.
• Complete repairs efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards.
• Identify additional repair requirements and report findings accurately.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and right first time.
• Maintain accurate job records and service documentation.
• Work collaboratively with workshop colleagues and service teams.
• Adhere to company and manufacturer health and safety procedures.
• Attend training courses and manufacturer development programmes where required.
• Support delivery of exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
