Using diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach, ensure vehicle faults are diagnosed and rectified. Ensure full understanding of the latest technology introduced on the vehicle range and undertake training on how to diagnose and repair faults on them. Carry out routine repairs and servicing to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification. Ensure all work is carried out observing safe working practices of self and others. Adhere to manufacturer and dealer quality standards. Liaise and seek advice from colleagues and supervisors where necessary to meet deadlines and repair and quality standards. Complete relevant service documentation (electronic job sheets, PDI's, service reports) in line with brand standards, warranty, and site requirements. Complete high-quality vehicle health checks and videos in a timely manner. Willingness to support and coach other technical team members. Ensure that workshop health & safety and housekeeping standards are always maintained, including the use of special and personal tools. Continue your professional development through the manufacturer training pathways available, including Hybrid and BEV technologies.

Essential: Relevant NVQ / IMI Light vehicle maintenance qualification. Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT. Energy and enthusiasm. Full UK driving licence. Smart appearance. Main dealer experience.
