Swansway Motor Group are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our team and support our commitment to exceptional automotive service. You will deliver top-notch service and repair to customers, ensuring every vehicle is ready to hit the road safely and efficiently.

With a focus on vehicle safety, you will work with the Workshop Controller and front-of-house Service Advisor team, using diagnostic tools and thorough documentation to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• L3 qualification in vehicle service and repair.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a franchised dealership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine service works and pre-delivery inspections per manufacturer guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Workshop Controller to process tasks efficiently.
• Notify customers of additional repairs through the Service Advisor team.
• Utilise diagnostic equipment and perform road tests to verify service quality.
• Complete all service documentation and job cards accurately, in line with dealership and warranty requirements.
